Deposits/Payments/Digital Files are non-refundable/non-transferable. All sales are final. We are not responsible for any issues, late delivery or damage related to the order once delivered or shipped. Please dispute all shipping discrepancies with the shipping company.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP?

Please plan to pickup your cake unless you’re booking for a wedding. Pickups are normally 8am-11am. Delivery fees will apply. 

WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

Weddings should be booked at least 6 months to 1 year in advance. All other events I recommend at least 2 months in advance. 

HOW TO TRANSPORT MY CAKE/CUPCAKES?

 Always place both hands under the board to distribute the weight. Please arrive in a cool temperature vehicle with floor space large lenough to hold your cake. For transport, Place cakes on the flattest part of your vehicle. DO NOT PLACE IN THE SEAT!

WHERE SHOULD I STORE MY CAKE?

In the refrigerator is best because cold cakes travel safer. If you are taking cake directly to venue make sure the temperature is below 72 degrees. Never leave desserts in a hot car. Your icing and accents are made with sugar and butter! Reduce the risk by going straight home or to the venue with your cake.
